These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GO BRO APP PRIVATE LIMITED governing your access to and use of the GoBro website, mobile application, and related services (“Platform”).
By accessing or using GoBro, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Company Information

2. Nature of Platform
GoBro is a technology platform enabling users to:
• list properties
• list projects
• create requirements
• discover opportunities
• connect with brokers, builders, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• use real estate workflow tools
• access related services
GoBro is not:
• property owner
• real estate developer
• financial institution
• legal advisor
• guarantor of transactions
GoBro acts as a technology facilitator.
Users are responsible for their decisions and transactions.
3.Eligibility, Guest Access, and Verification
Guest View: Users may access the Platform in a limited “Guest View” without creating an account to browse public listings. Guests cannot interact with other users or post content.
Verified Accounts: To unlock full platform features, users must: • be 18 years or older • provide accurate information • have authority to upload listings or projects • comply with applicable laws
Furthermore, users must pass our manual Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. After registering on the app, users will be required to submit valid Government ID, Address Proof, and Business Proof through our external secure verification process. We reserve the absolute right to approve, suspend, or reject any account application at our sole discretion. Users are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts.
4. User Responsibilities
Users represent that:
• all information submitted is accurate
• listings are genuine
• they have rights to upload content
• content does not violate any law
• content does not infringe third party rights
Users are fully responsible for:
ownership claims
authority claims
pricing claims
project representation
deal commitments
GoBro does not verify title ownership of properties.
Users must conduct independent due diligence.
5. Listings and Content
Users may upload:
• property listings
• project listings
• requirements
• campaigns
• images
• documents
• descriptions
GoBro does not guarantee:
accuracy of listings
legal validity of properties
completion of transactions
availability of listed properties
Users must verify information independently.
6. Visibility Controls
GoBro allows different visibility options:
• private
• network visibility
• public visibility
Users are responsible for selecting appropriate visibility settings.
Public listings may be visible to other users.
GoBro does not guarantee response levels or discovery outcomes.
7. Prohibited Conduct and Zero-Tolerance UGC Policy
GoBro maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, harassment, and abusive behavior. Users must not:
- post fake listings or unlawful content
- misrepresent ownership or authority
- upload misleading pricing or duplicate listings
- spam other users or misuse the broker network
- manipulate visibility features
- impersonate individuals or companies
- upload malware or harmful code
- collect user data without consent
- use bots or scraping tools
In-App Safety and Moderation Features: To ensure platform safety, we provide built-in moderation tools. You can use the Report Post feature for inappropriate property listings, the Report Chat feature for abusive messages, and the Block User feature to immediately prevent another user from contacting you or viewing your content.
Action on Reports: Our moderation team reviews all flagged content and reported users within 24 hours of submission. Any content found violating our standards will be immediately removed. Users who engage in abusive behavior, submit false KYC documents, or post objectionable content will have their accounts permanently terminated without prior notice.
8. Payments and Paid Services
Certain features may require payment:
• project listing packages
• campaigns
• visibility features
• enquiry packages
• professional services
Payments made outside of the iOS App are processed via authorised third-party payment gateways.
Apple In-App Purchases (iOS Users): Payments for certain digital services accessed via the iOS App may be processed directly through Apple In-App Purchases (IAP). For transactions processed via Apple IAP, the payment is charged to your Apple ID account and GoBro cannot manage, cancel, or refund these transactions. They are governed exclusively by Apple’s standard App Store policies.
GoBro does not guarantee leads, sales, rentals. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
9. Mandates and Deal Participation
GoBro may facilitate project participation opportunities.
GoBro does not guarantee:
sales closure
buyer conversion
project performance
mandate success
Commercial agreements remain between participating parties.
10. Third Party Services
GoBro may enable connections with:
• lawyers
• surveyors
• designers
• consultants
Such professionals are independent parties.
GoBro is not responsible for their services or advice.
Users must evaluate service providers independently.
11. AI Features
GoBro may provide AI assisted features.
AI outputs:
• are indicative only
• may not be accurate
• should not be treated as legal
Users must verify outputs independently.
12. Communication Between Users
Users may communicate via platform tools.
Users are responsible for communications and commitments.
GoBro may monitor limited activity to detect misuse or fraud.
Users should not share passwords or OTPs with unknown parties.
13. Intellectual Property
All rights relating to:
software
design
workflows
branding
data structure
belong to GO BRO APP PRIVATE LIMITED.
Users may not copy or reuse platform content without permission.
14. Termination and Account Deletion
You may terminate this agreement at any time by requesting account deletion via the in-app Settings > Profile > Delete Account menu or use delete account option in the footer or by emailing [email protected]. Upon request, your account will enter a 7-day grace period, after which all active listings, profile data, and verification documents will be permanently deleted from our active servers, subject to our Privacy Policy.
GoBro reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove content if: • fraud is suspected • misleading content is uploaded • misuse is detected • legal risk arises Access may be restricted without prior notice.
15. Limitation of Liability
GoBro shall not be liable for:
incorrect listings
transaction disputes
monetary losses
deal failures
user misconduct
service provider misconduct
technical issues
Platform is provided on “as is” basis.
16. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify GO BRO APP PRIVATE LIMITED against claims arising from:
incorrect listings
disputes
legal violations
misuse of platform
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Goa courts.
18. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
